Equipment
Custom Simplicities ensures that all equipment on hire is handled with care and attention, but please note that any damages, loss, or extensive cleaning will be charged to you as the customer.
We ask that you do not move, or change any large pieces from the set up.
Food & Alcohol
Custom Simplicities is not responsible for any food allergies or issues caused by third-party foods. The client is responsible for checking the alcohol laws in the venue and public space, as a fine can be issued if there's no drinking allowed at these locations.
Liability
Custom Simplicities shall not be held with any responsibility for the damages, injury, death or illness that may occur during your event. You are solely responsible for ensuring the safe operation of all equipment provided by our company until it has been returned.
F.A.Q's
1 / I spilled or damaged an item on the picnic; what do i do?
No worries, continue your event, and don't let it get in the way of your fun time. Once the picnic or event is finished Leslie will discuss the additional fees for the damage/lost items.
2 / I have to cut my event short due to a personal emergency.
Oh No! We hope all is alright; please text/call Leslie and let her know. We usually stay near the area and will be there as soon as possible.
3 / I decided at the last minute i wanted an additional snack, drink, and options. Can you help?
If we are in the area and available, we would love to help. If we are not, we recommend you use a delivery app like uber, shipt, or door dash.
